If you’ve been putting off a trip to the library, it may be time to catch up with those late fees and renew your library card.
Hoopla and Kanopy are streaming services that have partnered with hundreds of libraries around the United States to provide movies, TV shows, and documentaries. Assuming your local library participates, all you need to access this content is a library card.
This week, Hoopla launched its first native television apps on Apple TV, Amazon Fire, and Android TV devices. Kanopy, which began partnering with U.S. public libraries last year, now offers apps for Apple TV and Roku.
